The four parts of our working area
Naperville itself
Naperville is where our service office sits, on Modaff Road on the south side, and most of our work is here. That covers the historic streets around downtown and North Central College, where houses run from the 1870s to the 1960s and bring plaster, old-growth trim and pre-1978 paint layers, the large 1980s and 1990s subdivisions that make up most of the city on the DuPage County side, and the newer neighborhoods south of 75th Street in Will County, where decks, fences and cedar trim are the usual calls.
The I-88 corridor east
East along I-88 we work regularly in Lisle, Woodridge, Downers Grove and Darien, and on toward Westmont, Hinsdale and Oak Brook. The housing there is a mix of 1950s and 1960s ranches and split-levels with plaster or early drywall, and larger custom homes where cabinet painting, wallpaper and decorative finishes are more common than full exteriors.
Around our Elmhurst head office
Our head office is on West Avery Street in Elmhurst, so the near-west suburbs along I-290 and the Prairie Path are covered from there: Elmhurst itself, Villa Park, Lombard, Addison, Glen Ellyn and Wheaton. Many of these towns have older brick bungalows and 1920s to 1950s homes, which is where our plaster repair, trim restoration and lead-safe prep come in most often.
South and west toward the Fox River
South and west of Naperville we cover Aurora, Warrenville, Bolingbrook, Plainfield, Romeoville and Oswego. These are mostly subdivisions from the 1990s and 2000s, so the work tends to be interior repaints, oak trim and cabinets turned white, basement painting, and decks and fences on their regular staining cycle.
Two offices
Dispatched from Naperville, based in Elmhurst
Jobs are scheduled from whichever office is closer, and every call goes to the same number. Directions and hours are on the contact page, and our about page explains how a job runs.

What changes from town to town
Local rules that shape a painting job here
Two things change how we plan a job across this area. In the Naperville Historic District, which the city designated in 1986, owners are asked to keep exterior repairs and changes consistent with the character of the house, so we check the district guidance before proposing a new exterior color or replacing trim on a listed home.
Across every town we cover, a house built before 1978 falls under the federal lead renovation rules whenever paint is disturbed for pay, so scraping, sanding and plaster work in those homes are done with containment and proper clean-up. In the newer subdivisions, the more common constraint is a homeowners association color list, which we are happy to work from once you share it.
Where coverage ends
What falls outside our area
We do not take work inside the city of Chicago, on the North Shore, or south of Joliet, and we rarely travel west of the Fox River beyond Aurora and Oswego. Those areas are too far to give the same attention to prep and follow-up that closer jobs get.
For a large commercial or association project just outside these lines, call anyway and we will look at it case by case. If we cannot take it, we will tell you so on the first call rather than after a walkthrough.
Check whether we cover your street
Call (630) 389-8505 any hour and tell us your town. If it is inside our area, we will book the walkthrough on the same call.
