Who we are

This website belongs to Mario's Painting & Decorating, a painting and decorating company with a head office in Elmhurst and a service office in Naperville, Illinois. Both addresses are on our contact page, and you can reach us at (630) 389-8505. Our terms of service cover phone contact and call forwarding.

Information we collect

When you call us, we collect what you choose to tell us: your name, phone number, address and details of the work you need, so that we can schedule a walkthrough and carry out the job.

This website does not use contact forms, does not require an account, and does not run analytics or advertising tracking scripts. Our web host may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.

How we use information

We use the information you give us to respond to your call, prepare estimates, schedule and complete work, and follow up on that work. We do not sell your personal information.

Call handling

Some calls may be recorded for quality and training where the law allows, in which case you will be told at the start of the call. If we cannot take your job, your call may be forwarded to another local provider, who will then handle your information under their own policies.

Maps and third-party content

Map views on this site load from Google Maps only when you click to show them. At that point Google may receive information such as your IP address under its own privacy policy. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, by calling (630) 389-8505.

Children

This website is intended for adults arranging home or business services and is not directed at children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
