These terms apply to your use of this website and to contacting Mario's Painting & Decorating by phone. Work we carry out for you is governed by the written estimate or agreement for that job. How we handle information is covered in our privacy policy, and both offices are listed on the contact page.

Information on this website

The information on this site, including our guides and any cost ranges, is general information for planning. Published price ranges come from third-party cost guides and are not quotes. Your price is set in a written estimate after we have seen the work.

Contacting us by phone

By calling (630) 389-8505, you agree that we may use the number you call from, and any details you give us, to respond to you about your request, including calling or texting you back about scheduling and estimates. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Call recording

Some calls may be recorded for quality, training and record-keeping purposes where permitted by law. Where a call is recorded, you will be informed at the start of the call.

Call forwarding and other providers

Mario's Painting & Decorating answers and schedules its calls directly. During peak periods, after hours, when our schedule is full, or when we cannot respond quickly enough to an urgent request, your call may be forwarded or transferred to another local painting or home service provider so you can still get help.

Any provider you are connected with sets its own availability, pricing and terms, and is responsible for its own work. Please confirm licensing, insurance and the scope of work directly with any provider before work begins.

No guarantee of availability

We do our best to answer every call and schedule work promptly, but availability depends on season, weather and demand, and we cannot guarantee a specific start date until it is agreed in writing.
